Anchor is led by homeschooling parents who believe in the mission. If you are called to serve and shape our co-op, we want to hear from you.
Leadership at Anchor is not about titles. It is about service. Our team sets direction, supports teachers, welcomes families, and ensures Tuesdays run smoothly. We work collaboratively, share responsibilities, and hold one another accountable to our mission.
Areas where servant leaders are needed
Oversee facility coordination, scheduling, and day-of logistics. Ensure the building is ready and resources are available.
Welcome new families, answer questions, and help families navigate their first semester. Be a friendly face and listening ear.
Manage email, social media, and website updates. Help tell the Anchor story and keep families informed.
Plan field trips, coordinate special gatherings, and foster connections outside of Tuesdays.
Leadership character and commitment
Demonstrates integrity, humility, and a servant heart. Lives out the values we teach.
Willing to serve for at least one full academic year. Shows up consistently and follows through.
Works well with others, receives feedback gracefully, and contributes to team decisions.
